Registration fee includes:
>Admission to all sessions
>Admission to all social programs
>Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners
Special note: International/domestic transportation and accommodation are not included in the registration fee. And APCAT-9 Organization Committee will provide assistance for hotel reservation upon request. No more refunds will be accepted for registration fees and accommodation fees after 12:00 pm on Oct. 27th (GMT+8).

If the conference is affected by the epidemic, the conference will be held online and part of the registration fee will be refunded.

(1) After the remittance, please send a screenshot of the mobile bank transfer/online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document to the email : caiwu@baibuhz.com. We will respond to you as soon as we receive the payment.
(2) In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the apcat-9 conference, and the apcat-9 registration fee is remitted to the account.
